Service Description
Screening calls are 15 minute calls with either Dr. Zoya or our Clinical Coordinator, Jo-Ana, which include questions about therapy, what you are seeking and need from a therapist, and a review of insurance and next steps. Dr. Zoya only conducts screen calls on Tuesdays between 11:30am-2:30pm. All other time slots are with the Clinical Coordinator.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, simply log back into the site and you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please note we expect that all clients and potential clients to be in a safe location when joining the session. You may not be in transit via a car or public transportation while joining the session. You may not operate a vehicle while joining the session. If you need to join your session while among others or in a public location please have headphones. We want to ensure your safety and confidentiality.
